Rugaard Camping

Welcome at the top of Mols National Park in Djursland

Rugaard Camping is situated at the top of Mols National Park with the woods and the sea as the closest neighbour.

Rugard Camping is a quiet family campsite centrally placed between Grenaa and Ebeltoft in an area of outstanding natural beauty and almost all sites have a beautiful sea view.

Here you find one of the best fishing waters in Denmark. Angling of many different fishes e.g. trouts, mackerels, garfish and flounders. You can also rent a jolly boat if you want to fish for codfish and coalfish.

Due to the relatively deep water Rugaard Camping is very popular as “diving-beach”.

The central location of the campsite is an ideal starting point for visiting all the famous sights in Djursland, e.g. the Kattegat Centre, Ree Park Safari and the frigate Jutland.
